How FLOOR*STORE™ Works

The Floor*Store™ system consists of two floor circuits (the first is installed in the hardfill and the second on top of the polythene) and a circuit fitted under the roofing. As the sun heats the roof, the fluid in the circuit is also warmed and circulated to either the deepstore circuit or the top winter heating circuit.

With the highly publicised news of leaky and rotting homes being linked to adverse health with occupants, many people are concerned about their home remaining drier and healthier. The Floor*Store™ system dramatically reduces the risk of this by helping to keep your home at a more stable temperature and by drying the concrete floor. To also help minimise the risk of leaky homes, all homes should be built with treated timber only and the exterior finish on all houses should be with a known quality product, i.e. brick, where the concrete floor is separate from the foundation, creating an excellent thermal break.
